Out and About Still New

This was turned into a bon fire to help celebrate Lunar New Year's beginning.

My boss warned me about "Coffee Shops" like this one.  She said something about "charming ladies."  They're everywhere!

I didn't know rice could be turned into so many different things!

It wouldn't be unfair to say that "Lotteria" is Korean McDonald's.  There's McDonald's too in some places.  Fast burgers and fries are the theme.

Mom's Touch makes a good chicken sandwich.  The chicken isn't a processed chicken patty either.

That orange sign is a menu.  It indicates that there are two items:  Spaghetti or Pork Cutlet.  It was my favorite place in town to eat.  But, sadly, the owner turned the restaurant into a fried chicken restaurant.  ANOTHER ONE!!!  I mean there were already a dozen or so of them within five minutes of walking time from this place.  O well!

My bakery (Paris Baguette) served a nice cup of espresso in a china cup for only 2000 wons.  But, they didn't have much sitting room.

Eventually, I learned how to read the menu (slowly) to this "Gimbab" restaurant that's popular all over South Korea.  There, I could eat for real cheap and walk out filled.

Often, Korean restaurants have their menu printed on the side of the building.  Cool huh!
