Sabboo Shabboo ("a" is like "at," "oo" as in "boo")

     He's a graduate student from Paju, a city in South Korea that next to the Demilitarized Zone that separates North from South Korea.  I went there on another day.  This guy and I met just to hangout in Seoul and enjoy some good food.   He had spent some time in Chicago, and his English was excellent.

      White broth and brown broth into which to mix the veggies and meat.  You can order whatever meat / fish the restaurant has to offer.  They'll replenish the broth.  Just ask for it.
